Black Sea MoU has published the detailed results of its 2024 Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on Crew Wages and Seafarer Employment Agreement.

From 1 September to 30 November 2024, the Tokyo MoU carried out a Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC), jointly with the Paris MoU, on Crew Wages and Seafarer Employment Agreements. Over the course of the CIC period, involving all types of ships, a total of 8,134 inspections were carried out.

Following the announcement of the new Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) by the Riyadh MoU on ship lifting appliances, SQE MARINE consulting firm issued a circular to provide guidance on how to comply with the requirements. The campaign began on 1 September 2024 and will run until 30 November 2024.

Further to the Club’s recent update on the joint PSC CIC by Paris, Tokyo and Abuja MOUs on Crew Wages and Seafarer Employment Agreements (MLC, 2006), according to UK P&I, the Riyadh MOU (composed of member countries Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & UAE) has announced it will launch a CIC on ship’s lifting appliances, to run from 1 September 2024 to 30 November 2024.

Paris & Tokyo MoU on Port State Control will launch a joint Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CiC) from 1st September 2024 to 30th November 2024 on Crew Wages and Seafarer Employment Agreement (SEA).
