Hosted by YoungShip Oslo, the “10 Women to Watch” award ceremony made a triumphant return to Lekteren at Aker Brygge on June 3rd, during Nor-Shipping 2025, shining a spotlight on ten exceptional young women who are driving innovation, leadership, and change across the global maritime industry.
In partnership with Nor-Shipping and WISTA Norway, this inspiring event honored emerging leaders under the age of 35 who have already demonstrated extraordinary impact within the sector.
