A quay crane being delivered to a non-operational berth at Tuas Port tipped over at approximately 1:20 p.m. on 15 June, according to a statement from PSA Singapore.
No injuries or fatalities were reported in the incident. Initial assessments indicate that adjacent port equipment and infrastructure sustained no damage. PSA confirmed that all operational berths remain fully accessible, and port operations and ongoing development works continue unaffected.
An investigation into the incident is underway. PSA is working closely with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and other relevant authorities to determine the cause of the crane tip-over.
Further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
